Thank you for shopping with Budget Fashion. We are committed to providing high-quality print-on-demand apparel and excellent customer service.

Because our products are custom printed after an order is placed, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.

Order Confirmation Policy

Once an order is placed, our team may confirm the order details through email or phone to ensure accuracy.

After the order has been confirmed by the customer via email or phone, the order will immediately proceed to production. At this stage, the order cannot be cancelled, refunded, or modified.

This policy exists because our products are made-to-order and printed specifically for each customer.

Refunds & Returns

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Change of mind after order confirmation

  • Delayed shipping caused by the carrier

  • Minor color differences due to screen display

Please carefully review your order details, including size, color, and shipping address, before confirming your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect product sent

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

You must provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement item, or

  • Store credit

Order Processing

All products are print-on-demand and made after an order is confirmed.

Processing time typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping.

Shipping Issues

Budget Fashion is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Lost packages due to incorrect address information

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier
